錢老師（Spoon Chin），畢業於香港浸會大學藝術系，從事音樂藝術創作，音樂演奏以及教育工作。
十八歳時她獲得英國皇家音樂學院鋼琴演奏文憑DipABRSM。錢氏師從多位本地鋼琴家，隨後跟隨美國伊士曼音樂學院博士（現任北美大學鋼琴副教授）及俄羅斯音樂家Kristina Markova Stepasjukova深造琴技。

超過10年鋼琴教學及表演經驗，不時到學校任班際音樂課程。錢氏注重學生基本功力，承傳西方觸鍵法，音樂呼吸法，發力學原理，手指獨立性等方針，將學生能在每次練習都有效地演奏出富有美感的音樂。學生考試成績保證100%合格率。同時超過九成半學生在鋼琴考試中獲120以上的優秀成績，以及在不同比賽獲得前三甲獎項。學生遍佈的年齡層廣泛，為兒童至成人提供學習鋼琴的機會，以及為不同合奏樂器（例如：弦樂的小提琴，銅管樂的長笛等）同學提供鋼琴伴奏服務。

2010年起在YouTube上設有獨立的個人頻道－“A Little Spoon”頻道的創作者。錢氏目前在YouTube 頻道的總瀏覽量已經達到 420,000 次觀看，其中最受歡迎的鋼琴演奏影片《克羅地亞狂想曲》獲得了超過 78,000 次點擊。除了演奏影片外，頻道不定時與觀眾分享樂譜，鋼琴保養，購買鋼琴/二手鋼琴/數碼鋼琴的專業知識及經驗分享。
 
錢氏在大學期間獲得由香港特別行政區頒發的「才藝發展獎學金」，以表揚音樂才藝的成就。並於2018年時獲邀加入VTC交響樂團。作為當中的小提琴團員，她多年來參與由著名指揮家石信之博士帶領的音樂會，
廣受好評。 

錢氏擁有皇家音樂學院小提琴八級證書。除了以樂手身份廣泛演奏外，同時也在婚禮上兼顧小提琴伴奏及婚禮司琴/鋼琴伴奏的角色。錢氏是多位音樂界導師的御用鋼琴伴奏師。她曾出國到訪新加坡理工大學，香港文化中心，戲曲中心，荃灣大會堂， 香港洲際酒店，六公館HEXA，伯大尼教堂，等場所伴奏/演出由古典至當代，以及流行類型的音樂。

Spoon Chin, who graduated from the Arts Department of Hong Kong Baptist University, is actively engaged in artistic creation, music performance, and education area.

  She started piano when 6. When she was 18, she earned her DipABRSM diploma in piano performance from the Royal Academy of Music.
She had studied with several noted local pianists in early age, later she decided to study with Dr. Shijun Wang(currently an associate professor of piano at Weber State University and doctorate of Musical Arts degree at Eastman school of music ) 

  Miss Chin was awarded the "Talent Development Scholarship" by the Hong Kong SAR in recognition of her musical and artistic achievements. In 2018, she joined the VTC Symphony Orchestra as the second violinist and participated in many concerts.  Since 2010, I have been the creator of an independent personal channel on YouTube called ”A Little Spoon.“ As of now, the total view count on my YouTube channel has reached 420,000, with the most popular video, a piano performance of ”Croatian Rhapsody,“ garnering over 78,000 clicks. In addition to performance videos, the channel occasionally shares sheet music, piano maintenance tips, and professional knowledge and experiences regarding the purchase of pianos, second-hand pianos, and digital pianos.

  With over 10 years of piano teaching and performance experience, 100% of her students have achieved excellent results in examinations and competitions. Students are of different ages and come to the school from time to time for inter-class piano lessons, including elementary, secondary, and college students, and some enthusiastic white-collar adults. 

  As a seasoned piano accompanist, she has participated in many public performances and wedding occasions. She has traveled to Singapore Polytechnic University, Rosewood Hotel, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Xiqu Centre, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, The Peninsula Hong Kong,Tsuen Wan Town Hall, HK Rosewood Hotel, HEXA, Bethanie Church, etc. to accompany/perform classical to contemporary, as well as pop style music.
